We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our typing tutor for personal, non-commercial purposes. This means you may practice typing and improve your WPM, but under this license, you may not:

- Use our typing platform for any commercial purpose or public display.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the website.
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Service.
Any violation of these terms will result in an immediate termination of your license to use the website.
3. User Conduct
To maintain a safe and functional environment for everyone improving their typing skills, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or network systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the performance of our typing tests or games.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or software to artificially generate typing speeds, WPM scores, or game high scores.
- Attempt to manipulate the local leaderboard or analytics dashboard.
We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone who violates these rules.
4. Intellectual Property
The entire Typing Master platform—including the Typing Master Pro Theme v3.0, layout, design, text, graphics, and code—is the intellectual property of A W Khan and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reuse, reproduce, or repurpose any part of our website's design or source code without explicit written permission.
5. Google AdSense and Advertising Policy
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on our website. This advertising revenue allows us to keep our typing tests, lessons, and games completely free for all users. By using our platform, you agree to the following:
- Ads displayed are provided by Google and are subject to Google's own privacy and advertising policies.
- Fraudulent clicking is strictly prohibited. You may not click on ads with the intent to artificially generate revenue, nor may you encourage others to do so.
- Automated interaction with ads is prohibited. Using bots or scripts to interact with advertisements is a violation of these Terms and Google AdSense policies.
Any attempt to engage in ad fraud will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our typing platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide accurate WPM calculations and a seamless typing experience, we make no warranties—express or implied—regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Service.
We do not guarantee that your typing speed will improve to a specific level, nor do we guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our typing tests or lessons.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Typing Master and its developer (A W Khan) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other intangible losses resulting from your inability to use the free typing platform.
